Company profile

The Raven group stocks, process and distributes material from its own modern equipped warehouses. These are situated in Považská Bystrica, Bratislava, Košice, Banská Bystrica and Sučany in Slovakia and in Hradec Králové and Brno in the Czech Republic. Besides these stocks which are mainly oriented to the wide range of metallurgical material the company carries on a warehouse for building material in Považská Bystrica. 

Certificates prove the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, especially the Slovak Gold, medal, which was awarded to the joint-stock company Raven for wholesale and retail trade of metallurgical products with transport directly to the place of destination, as the only company in Slovakia in the year 2000. Our company is still the holder of this price. The Raven group successfully graduated from a certificate process and obtained the following certificates during the period 2002 to 2005:  ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management System Certificate,  ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management System Certificate,  BSi OHSAS 18001 - Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certificate. In October 2006, the Integrated Quality System went successfully through a recertification process; the validity of certificates was renewed till the year 2009 and extended by production of steel components.

Required quality, acceptable price, delivery of goods at the stipulated term, as well as services of the modern equipped service centre for cutting and bending of reinforcing steel, contour separation of profiled steel to the required dimension, cutting,calcinations of heavy plates and production of cut shapes, production of concrete cages  together with transportation directly to the required destination are the major pillars of the work of the Raven group as well as the base of all negotiations with business partners.
