The processing centre for profile separation of sheets produces the burnts on: the oxygen – acetylene CNC burning machine:

•    CNC oxygen-acetylene burning machine
•    CNC cutting machine- plasma

Characteristics of processed material: Heat rolled sheets of construction steel with a thickness of 8 - 250 mm (oxygen-dividing from 8 mm to 250 mm and plasma-dividing in the thickness of 1 mm up to 32 mm).

We offer the following possibilities of molding:

- 50 standard shapes of cut material

- automatic placement into rows, columns or under a certain angle

- chain cutting available for certain shapes

- common cut available for specific shapes

- production of arbitrary shapes according specific demands
   
    

Plasma CNC machine, which the company Raven a.s. disposes of, is suitable for manufacturing of the very precise profile burnts from heavy sheets.
