The additional customer service - separation of profiled sections - is considered to be as an important competitive advantage of Raven, especially due to the fact that our company, as first of the trading companies on the Slovak market, offers possibility of deliveries of profiled sections cut to the exact lengths with a short delivery date.
The material assigned for cutting to exact lengths is offered in 2 ways:
“Business separation” means the delivery of cut profiled bars together with remainder from division.
”Exact separation” means the delivery of cut material without remainder from division.
Characteristics of processed material:
- cold or heat drawn round, flat, square and rectangular bars
- tubes and hollow sections
- L, I, U, HEA, HEB, IPE, UE, UPE profiled sections
The so called small saw is placed in the area of our warehouse in Považská Bystrica and enables cutting of profiled material up to 300 mm in a production length of 12 000 mm,
- Max. dimension of cut material: ● 270mm, █ 410x260 mm, ■260x260 mm
- Under-angle cutting: 60°-0-60°
- Precision: +/- 0,2mm DIN ISO 2768
The big saw is placed in the cutting centre in Považská Bystrica and enables cutting of U, I, HEA, HEB, IPE, UPE profiled sections up to 700 mm in a production length up to 24 000 mm and separation of hollow sections, tubes and cold or heat rolled round or square bars, as well as heavy workable round steel and comparable dimensions of plastic and non-ferrous materials.

- Under-angle cutting: 54°-0°-35°
